Delivery and Returns

We aim to process orders within 3 working days.

Threadquarters is based in the UK, so there may be processing delays during UK Bank Holidays.

UK Shipping

Shipping is charged at a set price of £3.00.

Shipping is FREE for UK orders over £60.00

Parcels are sent using Royal Mail Second Class post, however occasionally other couriers may be used. Please contact me if you would prefer to have your parcel sent by recorded delivery. This may incur an additional charge.

If you are local to Bangor N.I. you may opt for Local Pick-up and avail of free shipping.

International Shipping

European shipping is charged at a set price of £13.50.

Shipping to the USA is set at £30.00

For the rest of the world, shipping is charged at a set price £20.00.

Since Threadquarters is only starting up I do not have the ability to accurately price International shipping so these prices are the maximum you will be charged. If the actual shipping is more, I will absorb the cost. If the actual shipping is >£1 LESS than above then I will refund you the difference.

For international shipping, we aim to send parcels via Royal Mail’s Tracked and Signed service, however sometimes we may use an alternative shipping provider or service. Shipping times are provided as a guide only. Royal Mail aims to deliver European parcels within 3 – 5 working days, and international parcels within 5 – 7 working days. Please note that items may be delayed by your local customs, which may affect your delivery times. Unfortunately this is beyond our control. If you have not received your item within 14 days, please contact us and we will check the status of your delivery using the parcel tracking number.

Customs Charges and Fees

Your order may be subject to customs charges and fees. These depend on the value of your order. You will have to pay these. The customs authorities in your country determines if charges are due on imported goods. The levels and thresholds of charges vary from country to country. We cannot advise on what these may be. Please contact your embassy or customs authority of your country for help.


As our fabric is cut to order, we are unable to offer refunds (unless the item is faulty or damaged – see below) .
We aim to provide full and accurate descriptions and photographs of all our products, however colours may vary on different monitors.  If you have any queries about a product, please contact us.

Every effort is made to carefully package your parcel to arrive with you safely. In the unfortunate event that your goods arrive faulty or damaged please contact us within 48hrs on so that we can arrange a refund or exchange.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
